Orly joined WINGS in July 2010 as a Program Director. Orly is a doctor and surgeon with a Master’s in public health from the University of San Carlos in Guatemala. She has extensive experience in community development programs, maternal and infant health, and has directed various sexual and reproductive health programs that focus on family planning in different NGOS and government ministries. Orly is interested in supporting actions in sexual and reproductive health, especially as they relate to improving access to family planning services. She firmly believes that through education and family planning, maternal and infant mortality can be reduced.
