Caroline Elson, Family Planning Coordinator
Caroline Elson joined Wings in July of 2009 as the Family Planning Coordinator. She received her Masters in Public Health with a focus on reproductive health at the University of California at Los Angeles. Prior to joining Wings, Caroline worked for the Population Secretariat in Kampala, Uganda advocating for increased access to reproductive health services, for the Women’s Reproductive Rights Assistance Project, and for Planned Parenthood Los Angeles coordinating a middle school sex education program. She understands the need for improved reproductive health services in Guatemala and is dedicated to expanding access to family planning services and education. She is excited to be living and working in Guatemala.
